What is the irony of life according to you?

She used to be so frustrated by the fights she has with her sister, until the other day she told me, "The year passed by so quickly. And now I'll have to leave this home. In the process, I didn't find enough time to spend with her and I'd miss how my sister used to fight with me."

I’m wondering about attachment and transference with the therapist and the idea of escape and fantasy? How much do you think your strong feelings, constant thoughts, desires to be with your therapist are a way to escape from your present life? How does this play out for you?
